The current in the rotor winding is subjected to electromagnetic force in a rotating magnetic field, generating electromagnetic torque that causes the rotor to rotate along with the rotating magnetic field.

There are no vulnerable reversing components, reducing the risk of malfunctions caused by reversing problems. Good startup performance: It can be directly started or started with voltage reduction, and can adapt to different usage scenarios and grid conditions. In some situations with high requirements for the power grid, the starting current is relatively high when starting directly, which may cause certain impact on the power grid, and suitable voltage reduction starting methods need to be adopted.

Attention should be paid during maintenance: regularly check whether the motor casing is damaged or deformed, whether the installation is firm, and whether the grounding is good. Ensure the stable installation of the motor to prevent excessive vibration during operation from affecting its performance and service life. Good grounding can also ensure the safety of operators.

Good sealing performance

Operation status monitoring: closely monitor the operating temperature, current, voltage and other parameters of the motor to ensure that it operates within the rated range. If the motor runs under overload for a long time, it will cause temperature rise, accelerate insulation aging, and even burn out the motor; Abnormal voltage fluctuations may also affect the normal operation and performance of the motor. Regularly clean the surface of the motor and ventilation openings of dust, debris, etc. to ensure good heat dissipation and ventilation conditions. Excessive dust on the surface of the motor can affect the heat dissipation effect, leading to an increase in motor temperature and a decrease in motor performance and reliability.
