Exhaust Pressure (pressure) : 7 bar to over 25 bar (up to 35 bar at most). 7-10 bar is often used for ordinary pneumatic hammers/sandblasting. High pressure (20 bar+) is used for deep water well operations.
The exhaust volume (FAD) ranges from 4.5 m³/min to 40 m³/min. For those above this range, an additional 10% to 20% will be reserved for selection based on the consumption of the accompanying drilling rig and pneumatic tools.
Rated Power From 33 kW to over 365 kW.The mobile chassis structure of 2-wheel / 4-wheel towing type and SKID type (with a moving speed of 20km/h) is suitable for frequent relocation. The skid-mounted unit is suitable for fixed vehicle-mounted use.

Two-stage/low-speed main unit design: The screw rotor has a large diameter and low speed, and is combined with heavy-duty bearings. The design life of the main unit is usually up to 100,000 hours. Three-stage oil and gas separation technology: It adopts a three-stage separation process of cyclone, gravity and fine separation filter elements, and the oil content in the exhaust gas is controlled below 3ppm. It not only protects pneumatic equipment such as the back-end drilling rig, but also significantly extends the cycle of adding lubricating oil.

Safe and stable

When the exhaust temperature of the screw host reaches the critical point of 105℃ - 110℃, the system will automatically force a shutdown. This is the most crucial barrier to prevent the lubricating oil from carbonizing, the main engine from seizing or causing a fire.
High-sensitivity mechanical safety valves are mandatorily equipped on oil and gas separation tanks. Once the system pressure exceeds the rated working pressure (usually set at 1.1 times), the safety valve will automatically release the pressure to prevent the high-pressure vessel from bursting.

Good sealing performance

The sealing element is made of Shaft Seal,O-Rings & Gaskets,Intake valve and check valve assembly and Double Ferrules, which has excellent sealing performance and aging resistance to prevent gas leakage.
