The core advantage of two-stage compression (two-stage compression) : extremely energy-efficieny

• Near-isothermal compression: The originally one-step compression process is divided into two stages. The high-temperature gas after the first stage of compression is cooled by oil injection between stages to lower its temperature before entering the second stage of compression. This design is closest to the most power-efficient "isothermal compression", saving 15% to 25% of electricity compared to single-stage screw compressors.
• Reduce leakage and enhance volumetric efficiency: The pressure ratio at each stage (the pressure difference before and after) decreases significantly, greatly reducing air leakage in the rotor clearance and resulting in a notable increase in gas production (exhaust volume).

The 45kW two-stage compression permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor is widely used in industrial production due to its combination of high pressure, large air production and excellent energy-saving features.

High-precision advanced processing and manufacturing

Laser cutting industry: This is the most typical application of this model. Modern medium and high-power laser cutting machines (such as those above 10,000W) require high-pressure dry air at 1.6MPa or even higher to blow away the slag. The 45kW two-stage compressor can provide stable, high-pressure and anhydrous air, which directly determines the smoothness and speed of the cutting surface.
• Precision hardware and automotive parts manufacturing: Pneumatic tool changing in the tool magazine for driving large stamping machines, pneumatic manipulators, and precision CNC machine tools, with a constant pressure (fluctuation of ±0.01 MPa), can ensure processing accuracy.

Process gas drive and spraying

Automobile painting and surface treatment: In auto repair shops or manufacturing plants, the air source is used for automatic painting lines.
