• Passing ISO 8573-1 CLASS 0 top-level certification: This is the most core selling point of dry oil-free air compressors. Since there is not a single drop of lubricating oil in the compression chamber, the possibility of the compressed air being contaminated by oil is cut off from the source.

• Avoid production risks: In industries with extremely high requirements for air sources such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, semiconductor chips, precision electronics, and automotive painting, if the air contains oil, it can lead to the scrapping of entire batches of drugs, food, or wafers. This coating is highly resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and can maintain a very small rotor gap under large temperature differences, minimizing gas backflow leakage and ensuring long-term high volumetric efficiency. The graphite rings or labyrinth seals used have excellent high-temperature resistance and can withstand instantaneous exhaust temperatures of up to 200°C or higher, ensuring the equipment operates continuously and stably for 24 hours.

For every 1 bar reduction in pressure drop, approximately 7% of electricity can be saved.
