As the Mid-Autumn Festival draws near, Tianjin Air Compressor Co., Ltd. recently prepared exquisite custom mooncake gift boxes for all its employees, aiming to convey corporate care, strengthen team cohesion, and send early festive greetings and warmth.
At the distribution points in the company's office building and production workshop, neatly arranged gift boxes with delicate designs were on display. Each box contained not only mooncakes of classic flavors-such as traditional lotus seed paste and five-nut-but also a personalized card printed with the company logo. The card featured a heartfelt message: "Salute to every colleague striving for the air compressor business-Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!" This thoughtful detail allowed employees to feel the company's exclusive care while enjoying the delicious mooncakes.
At the distribution site, employees collected their gift boxes in an orderly way, with bright smiles on their faces. "The company always prepares Mid-Autumn benefits for us, and this year's gift box is both practical and meaningful. I really feel the care from the company," said Master Li, a technical worker in the production workshop. Ms. Zhang, an employee from the Administration Department, added, "This benefit makes us feel the warmth of our 'work family.' We will put more enthusiasm into our work in the future and contribute more to the company's development."
A representative from Tianjin Air Compressor Co., Ltd. stated, "The company has always attached great importance to employee care, and providing Mid-Autumn benefits is a key part of our humanistic management. Going forward, we will continue to launch more warm initiatives to enhance employees' sense of belonging, and work hand in hand with all colleagues to promote the steady development of the company in the R&D and production of air compressors."
